Defibrillator

I’m sure that you will be pleased to know that the club has now purchased a defibrillator (AED).

It is fully automatic and will determine if a patient requires shocking or not.

It requires no training. However, below are 2 video links which you may wish to view. One is about the equipment and the other is a how to use it guide.

Note the guide is not specifically for our model, but the principle is identical.

THE ONLY IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE IS THAT IT IS FOR USE WITH CARDIAC ARREST (PATIENT NOT BREATHING)

It is not for use with heart attack.
